- Hot Pilates - (high heat)
Hot Pilates work-out is focused around HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) Mat based Pilates exercises with Immediate attention to core, glutes, & upper body-strength conditioning! One hour long work-out sequence.
- Hot Pilates Basics - (low heat)
Learning the basics & pilates alignment. Core, Glutes, and Upper Body strength conditioning.
- Hot Pilates Express - (high heat)
Our early-morning class tailored for the early-risers not to mention convenient for clients that need to start work, take kids to school, early meetings etc. This class will easily give you a jump start for your day!
Cardio Boxing (check-in downstairs)
* Please bring your own boxing gloves and towel(s) to class
Nothing beats jabs hooks uppercuts kicks on the punching bags getting your heart rate up ;this class may involve other work-out equipment as well.
Dawna L. Taylor is the founder of Soul Pilates, LLC. (Feb 2014). With over 20 years in the fitness industry & rewarded with several certifications for cardio kick-boxing, yoga, and pilates, Dawna’s teaching style is a cross-platform of every type of work-out she’s been committed to.
