- Hot Pilates - (high heat)
Hot Pilates work-out is focused around HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) Mat based Pilates exercises with Immediate attention to core, glutes, & upper body-strength conditioning! One hour long work-out sequence.
- Hot Pilates Basics - (low heat)
Learning the basics & pilates alignment. Core, Glutes, and Upper Body strength conditioning.
- Hot Pilates Express - (high heat)
Our early-morning class tailored for the early-risers not to mention convenient for clients that need to start work, take kids to school, early meetings etc. This class will easily give you a jump start for your day!
Cardio Boxing (2 class types available)
* Please bring your own boxing gloves and towel(s) to class
C1 - Cardio KickBoxing - This class is strictly cardio kickboxing work-out no bags or other equipment used in this class for cardiovascular exercise only. Exercise routine is synced with music -jabs, punches, hooks, kicks, upper cut other varied combinations to get your heart rate up!
C2 - Cardio Boxing - Nothing beats jabs hooks uppercuts kicks on the punching bags getting your heart rate up ;this class may involve other work-out equipment as well.

Soul Pilates University is our dedicated program that will allow you to actively participate, learn and grasp the major fundamentals to teach an (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training Hot Pilates Class. This is a 3 day 1:1 program taught by the Owner/Founder of Soul Pilates, LLC!
