Our Hot Pilates classes focus on your upper body, core, gluts strength as well as cardio endurance. It is heated mat-based class while using a dedicated formula of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Sometimes accompanied by weights, blocks, and body bars.
Hot Pilates - (High heat) - Hot Pilates work-out is focused around HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) Mat based Pilates exercises with Immediate attention to core, gluts & upper body-strength conditioning!

Hot Pilates Basics - (Low heat) - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) learning the basics & pilates alignment. Core, Glutes, and Upper Body strength conditioning.
Duration: 45 minutes long, HIIT Low-Heat Detox
Hot Pilates Express - (High heat) - Our early morning class tailored for the early risers not to mention convenient for clients that need to start work, take kids to school, early meetings.
This class will easily give you a jump start for your day!

C1 - Cardio KickBoxing - This class is strictly cardio kickboxing work-out no bags or other equipment used in this class for cardiovascular exercise only. Exercise routine is synced with music -jabs, punches, hooks, kicks, upper cut other varied combinations to get your heart rate up!
C2 - Cardio Boxing - Nothing beats jabs hooks uppercuts kicks on the punching bags getting your heart rate up ;this class may involve other work-out equipment as well.
C3 - Cardio Boxing Power - Advanced techniques; combinations; high impact using gloves and mitts; circuit training; punching bags etc.**
